A point mass at a single value

A degenerate mixing measure such that fam(dirac(theta)) is equivalent to fam(theta). It is a finite_dist with one atom, not a class of its own. Drawing samples from dirac() does not change the state of the pseudorandom number generator.

Numeric parameter vector.

Value

A finite_dist with one atom, at theta, of weight 1.
